## What we build

Two products on one ladder. Most clients start with a connector and grow into an agent.

### Level 1: Assistant Connector

**Your AI assistant, plugged into your business.** We build a small, secure connector (an MCP server) that lets ChatGPT or Claude look things up in your own systems. You ask, it answers from your real data, and you stay in charge of every step.

*For example:*
- “Which orders shipped late this week?” answered from your store.
- “What’s in stock under $50 in blue?” for your team or your customers.
- Questions about your customers, jobs or inventory, answered from your own records.
- “Find me a used Canon R6 under $1,200.” Our eBay demo does exactly this.

Starts read-only: it can look, never change. Higher packages can add approved actions that update your systems.

### Level 2: Agent in a box

**A digital employee with one job.** An agent uses those same connections to do a recurring job. It works within the permissions you set and asks for your approval on the actions you choose. You decide what it may do alone, what needs your OK, how often it runs and what it costs.

*For example:*
- Market Watch: a morning digest of trends, prices and matching listings for your niche.
- Support: answers customer and staff questions from your own policies and FAQs, and hands anything tricky to a person.
- Invoices: drafts polite reminders at set days past due, so nobody who already paid gets chased.
- Outreach: researches prospects and drafts personal emails in your voice for you to review.

Have a different job in mind? We’ll build it.

## Pay once, or we run it.

No endless subscriptions. Once the build is paid in full, you own the code we build for you, with permanent rights to the JDS toolkit inside it at no extra license fee.

**Option 1 · Pay once: Take it and run it.** A one-time build fee for the finished product: the code in your own GitHub, a ready-to-deploy container and a step-by-step guide. Run it on your own accounts, and add an optional upkeep plan if you want us to keep it current.

**Option 2 · We run it: Hire us to handle it all.** The same build fee, plus a monthly fee for us to host, monitor and maintain it, with a monthly report. A copy of the code in your GitHub is updated with every release, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice and take everything with you.

- **No markup on AI usage.** Run it yourself and you pay AI providers directly. Let us run it and usage is billed at cost, within a monthly amount you approve.
- **Safe by default.** Connectors start read-only and agents act only within the permissions you set. Run it yourself and only you hold your production keys; when we run it, they sit in an encrypted secret store you can revoke at any time.
- **Tested and documented.** You get a test report against every agreed check, a handoff session and a 30-day bug warranty, or ongoing bug fixes while we run it.
- **Straight answers.** If an off-the-shelf connector already does the job, we’ll tell you.

## How it works

1. **Decide what you need.** Tell us the job. We’ll recommend a connector for your AI assistant or an agent that runs it for you, and say plainly if something off-the-shelf already does it.
2. **We build it.** We agree the scope and checks in a Statement of Work, then build, test and document it against them.
3. **Take it, or let us run it.** Get a ready-to-deploy package for your team, or have us host and maintain it. You can switch between the two later.

### eBay Listing Finder

Type: Level 1 · Assistant Connector. Status: in testing. Built with Python, FastMCP, eBay Browse API.

Ask Claude or ChatGPT to find products. It searches real eBay listings, narrows the request with filters and returns details with links. Read-only.

### Market Watch

Type: Level 2 · Agent. Status: in development. Built with Python, LangGraph, Gemini, MCP client.

Reads the most active prediction-market events, picks the ones tied to real products, finds matching eBay listings through the connector and writes a digest that links every listing.

### Outreach

Type: Level 2 · Agent. Status: in development. Built with Python, LangGraph, Gemini, FastMCP.

Researches leads and drafts personal follow-up emails for review. It never sends on its own, which shows the approve-first pattern every agent starts with.

Starting prices for each package. Your final price comes in a personal quote based on your project’s scope.

### Level 1 · Assistant Connector

- **Starter**: from $3,000. Up to 3 read-only tools; Public data only, so no sign-in needed; 1 connected system with a clean API. Run it yourself: Optional upkeep $150/mo. We run it: $250/mo.
- **Standard**: from $4,500. Your private data, protected by secure OAuth sign-in; Up to 5 tools, up to 2 that make changes; Up to 2 connected systems. Run it yourself: Optional upkeep $200/mo. We run it: $325/mo.
- **Advanced**: from $6,000. Your private data, protected by secure OAuth sign-in; Up to 7 tools that can make changes; Up to 3 systems, including databases, files or legacy systems. Run it yourself: Optional upkeep $300/mo. We run it: $400/mo.

### Level 2 · Agent in a box

- **Assistant Agent**: from $5,000. 1 simple job; Prepares drafts and reports; you take the action; Up to 2 systems, runs on a schedule. Run it yourself: Optional upkeep $150/mo. We run it: Daily: $800/mo, includes $30 of AI usage.
- **Supervised Agent**: from $6,500. 1 job with decisions, or 2 related jobs; Takes approved actions under your rules; Up to 3 systems, runs on a schedule or a trigger. Run it yourself: Optional upkeep $250/mo. We run it: Business hours: $1,000/mo, includes $50 of AI usage.
- **Autonomous Agent**: from $9,000. Up to 3 jobs, or a multi-step process; Acts on its own within limits and flags exceptions; Up to 5 systems, runs in real time. Run it yourself: Optional upkeep $350/mo. We run it: Real-time: $1,200/mo, includes $70 of AI usage.

**Every build includes:**
- A ready-to-deploy Docker container and setup instructions
- Ownership of the code built for you, with permanent rights to the JDS toolkit inside it
- The source code in a GitHub repository transferred to you
- Documentation and a runbook
- A test report against every agreed check
- A 30-day bug warranty after acceptance, or ongoing bug fixes while we run it
- A handoff session of up to an hour

**Zero markup on AI tokens. Ever.** You pay the AI provider’s price, nothing added on top.

Included AI usage is never exceeded without your OK, and extra usage is billed at provider cost with no markup.

Managed agents include up to 3 hours a month of small adjustments; larger changes are quoted separately.
